SMS Opt-In & Messaging Policy

Last updated August 4, 2026

MyFleetOS is fleet-management software operated by Longhorn Forge Holdings LLC. Businesses that use MyFleetOS — vehicle rental and car-sharing operators — send text messages to their own guests, drivers and staff from inside the product. This page describes how those recipients give consent, what the messages contain, and how to stop them.

Who sends the messages

Messages are sent by the rental business you are dealing with, using a dedicated toll-free number registered in that business's name. MyFleetOS provides the software and the number; the business decides who to contact and what to say. The business's name appears in the message.

How people opt in

Recipients give consent to be texted in one of these ways:

Consent is never bought, rented, or shared between businesses. One business's recipients are never messaged by another. Mobile numbers and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

What the messages say

These are transactional, conversational messages about a rental. Typical examples:

No marketing or promotional campaigns are sent over these numbers. Message frequency varies with your rental — typically a few messages per booking.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them from that business. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact the business directly. Opt-outs are honored immediately and apply to that business's number.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Contact

For questions about a specific message, contact the business that sent it — its name is in the message. For questions about the MyFleetOS platform, email support@myfleetos.com.
