Accessibility Statement

MyFleetOS is committed to making our website and web application usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of how we build MyFleetOS, not an afterthought. We design for sufficient color contrast, full keyboard operability, clear and visible focus indicators, meaningful structure, and compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for improving accessibility for people with disabilities. MyFleetOS aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

MyFleetOS is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively identifying and remediating the remaining issues.

Measures we take

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are working to resolve them:

Compatibility

MyFleetOS is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and common screen readers, including VoiceOver (macOS and iOS) and NVDA (Windows). It is built to remain usable when zoomed and on small screens.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of MyFleetOS relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript, used in line with accessibility-supported technologies.

Feedback and reporting a problem

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of MyFleetOS. If you encounter a barrier, or need information in a different format, please contact us:

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If you report an accessibility barrier, we will work with you to provide the information, service, or fix you need.

Assessment and preparation

This statement reflects a self-evaluation of MyFleetOS using automated testing tools and manual review. It will be reviewed and updated as our accessibility work continues.
