Accessibility Statement
MyFleetOS is committed to making our website and web application usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we build MyFleetOS, not an afterthought. We design for sufficient color contrast, full keyboard operability, clear and visible focus indicators, meaningful structure, and compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for improving accessibility for people with disabilities. MyFleetOS aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
MyFleetOS is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively identifying and remediating the remaining issues.
Measures we take
- Accessibility is included in our internal design and development standards.
- We use a single, centralized design system with contrast-checked colors.
- We test with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse) and with manual keyboard and screen-reader checks.
- New front-end code is checked against accessibility lint rules.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are working to resolve them:
- Third-party content: some embedded services (for example payment checkout and maps) are controlled by external providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Web application: the signed-in MyFleetOS application is undergoing an ongoing accessibility review; some screens are still being remediated.
- Older media: a small number of legacy images or documents may not yet have complete text alternatives.
Compatibility
MyFleetOS is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and common screen readers, including VoiceOver (macOS and iOS) and NVDA (Windows). It is built to remain usable when zoomed and on small screens.
Technical specifications
Accessibility of MyFleetOS relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript, used in line with accessibility-supported technologies.
