I started OTL Rental in DFW with one car. We’re past twenty-five now. Every spreadsheet, every Notion board, every “Turo dashboard” tool I tried collapsed once the fleet grew past a handful of vehicles.
So I built the tool I needed. Daily ops that tell me what to actually do today. Auto-imports straight from Turo. Per-car profit that’s honest about insurance and depreciation. An investor portal that pays out on the same numbers I trust.
I ship the features I need to run my own business, and I answer support myself. If something breaks, I’m the one who hears about it first.
