01 · Turo import

Trips that import themselves.

A Chrome extension pulls your Turo earnings on a schedule. No copy and paste, no spreadsheets, and your Turo password is never shared.

  • All 47 columns mapped. Earnings, fees, taxes, distance and payouts each land in the right place.
  • No duplicates. Re-import the same dates as often as you like. Trips update, never double.
  • Set it and forget it. Every few hours or once a day. Profit recalculates on its own.
  • Any plan. CSV upload is on every plan. Auto-Sync? Included on Fleet Pro, or a one-time add-on on the others.

02 · Profit per car

Turo shows earnings. This shows profit.

Revenue minus what each car actually costs to run: the number that decides whether the next car is worth buying.

  • True net, per car. Earnings apportioned by trip, with loans, insurance and cleaning taken out.
  • Recurring costs on autopilot. Insurance, parking, registration and GPS subscriptions post every month.
  • Logbook. Photo receipts, categorized and tied to a car, with a monthly export for your accountant.
  • Forecast (Fleet and up). Replace or keep: profit per mile tells you which car to sell and which to buy.

03 · Daily ops

Your day, already planned.

Every morning: checkouts, returns, cleanings and tasks, in the order they will reach you.

  • Today plus 24–48 hours. Returns, cleanings and overdue jobs show up before they hit your day.
  • Smart nudges. Late check-outs, expiring registrations and unclaimed jobs get flagged to whoever owns them.
  • Per-staff scoping. Each cohost, cleaner or mechanic sees only their own work.
  • Operating hours. Set your open window once. Nothing gets scheduled outside it.

04 · Calendar

Every car, every trip, one board.

Trips, turnovers and shop days on a colour-coded calendar, by car, day, week or month.

  • Conflict detection. Overlapping trips and a car booked while it is in the shop get caught.
  • Google Calendar sync. Assign a check-in and it lands on that person’s calendar, with reminders a day and three hours ahead. One-way, and off until you switch it on.
  • Direct rentals on the same board. Bookings from your own site sit next to your Turo trips.
